I offer group classes in various studios across the Leeds and north Leeds areas. Studios you can find me at are Soma Wellness, Otley, Yoga Kula, Leeds, and Yoga Hero, Leeds.
I teach mostly in the Hatha style, which from where all other forms of yoga come from. I also teach a more fluid, fast-pace Vinyasa style, and weel as the structured and dynamic Ashtanga system of yoga.
One to Ones or Two to Ones
This is a perfect option if you cannot find the right time or the right class, if you don't care to practice in a group setting, or if you would like a bespoke and more personalised practice catered to fit your specific needs.
Pregnancy and Postnatal
I also specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga, lending support to new mums and mums to be. Providing physical relief from postural changes, as well as tools for labour, delivery, and the 4th trimester. Available as 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 sessions as well as groups.

A guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep", is a fantastic method to get the body and mind into a profound state of relaxation. It is said that 30 mins of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2 hours sleep!
