Mondays 1pm Hatha Flow (60 mins)
You are encouraged to focus on the breath and mindful movement throughout this session to bring about awareness and begin to experience a feeling of inner calm. You can expects traditional elements of a Hatha class, with asana (postures), pranayam (breath control), as well as use of mudra and exploring meditation techniques. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, calm, yet energised to take on the rest of your day!

Tuesdays 6.30am Ashtanga Fusion (60 mins)
Come and start the day off right with this dynamic practice of the Ashtanga system of yoga, from asana (poses) to pranayama (breath work). Gain strength, flexibility, spinal health, and a steadiness in mind and body. No experience with Ashtanga necessary, so if you've always been curious about this style, this is the class for you! Mats are provided or bring your own.

The original physical practice of yoga dating back thousands of years. In this class, we move at a slower pace, with a focus on the breath, controlled movement, and alignment.

Thursdays 9.30 Slow Flow(60 mins)
Think Vinyasa, but at a touch slower pace alowing us to focus on breath and alignment, and linking movements with the breath to create a fluid connection.
