Tuesdays 6.30am Ashtanga Fusion (60 mins)

Come and start the day off right with this dynamic practice of the Ashtanga system of yoga, from asana (poses) to pranayama (breath work). Gain strength, flexibility, spinal health, and a steadiness in mind and body. No experience with Ashtanga necessary, so if you've always been curious about this style, this is the class for you! Mats are provided or bring your own.

Tuesdays 9.45 Hatha (60 mins)

The original physical practice of yoga dating back thousands of years. In this class, we move at a slower pace, with a focus on the breath, controlled movement, and alignment.

Thursdays 6.30am Wake Up and Flow! (45min)

Come and get your asana in gear first thing in the morning! 45 minutes of invigorating yoga to get your mind and body right for the day. Expect a bit more of a flowing class with this one. We will link breath to movement, holding some of our poses for a couple breaths to channel our innner strength, and finish off with a lovely relaxation to set you up right so you can carpe diem!
