Tuesdays 6.30am Ashtanga Fusion (60 mins)

Come and start the day off right with this dynamic practice of the Ashtanga system of yoga, from asana (poses) to pranayama (breath work). Gain strength, flexibility, spinal health, and a steadiness in mind and body. No experience with Ashtanga necessary, so if you've always been curious about this style, this is the class for you! Mats are provided or bring your own.

Tuesdays 9.45 Hatha (60 mins)

The original physical practice of yoga dating back thousands of years. In this class, we move at a slower pace, with a focus on the breath, controlled movement, and alignment.

Thursdays 9.15 Hatha (60 mins)

Fridays 9.15 Hatha/Hatha Flow ONLINE (45 mins)

Join me from the comfort of your own home! Some weeks we will have a steady-paced Hatha class, other weeks we will bring in a bit of a flow element, linking breath to movement. Every week will be accessible to you, no matter your level of experience. there is always room to adjust a posture to fit your specific needs.

 We will bring in yogic philosophy, mudra, mantra, and pranayam (breath control) to our asanas (poses) and as always finish with a restorative relaxation to set you up for the rest of your day.
