Hi, I'm Jenny, and I started Omnia Yoga in 2022 after completing a 300hr teacher training program through Yoga Kula in Leeds, UK. Omnia Yoga was founded by me, Jenny Foster, a former dancer, avid surfer and yoga practitioner for over 25 years. I am passionate about spreading the knowledge I have gained from my own practice and experiences to help others to discover the inner power of yoga

My journey with yoga began in 1999 when I left the dance world and moved to the beach outside Charleston,SC,USA, where I fell in love with the sport of surfing. Looking for something to compliment and support my new found passion, I went to my first yoga class at the local gym and was instantly drawn to the physicality of yoga. But I soon realised the deeper benefits of the practice on the holistic scale.

A lot of things have changed in my life in these 20+ years. The biggest changes are that I moved continents, got married and became a mother. Through all the changes, the biggest constant in my life has been my yoga practice. It has hepled me adapt to these massive life changes in such a way that I am now so passionate to share this indespensible practice with others.

It was through my yoga teacher training that I was introduced to Ayurveda. I took a deep interest in the science and applied many of the practices upon myself. Through this self-inquiry and study, I decided to become formally trained so that I may help others find health and healing in this modern world. I finished my Level 1 qualification as a Diet and Lifestyle Consultant in January of 2026 with The School of Ayurveda UK.

Both of my practices in yoga and Ayurveda were truly put to the test when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2025. I leaned on these sister sciences, complimenting the treatment by Western medicine.

Honestly if it wasn't for my yoga practice and the support of my Ayurvedic doctor and practitioners, I'm certain things would be different today....

I am happy to announce that through surgery and treatments, with both the knowledge of Western science and Eastern medicine, I am cancer-free. The body, mind, and spirit are nothing short of amazing and resilient.

Jenny is an amazing human who celebrates and champions the individuality in each of her students and is careful and patient in her response to everyone’s needs and where they are on their yoga journey. I have seen really positive improvements in not only my belief in my body again, but my core strength and balance since starting yoga classes with her. Her classes are a necessity in my week!
