During our initial assessment, I was feeling  anxious and raw having recently had a miscarriage and my body and emotions were pretty fragile. Jenny was compassionate and empathetic and took the time to explain Ayurveda and the key elements to this. I didn't feel judged by my diet decisions and she provided a comprehensive lifestyle plan. 

I feel more empowered now to make positive changes in my life that really aligns to me due to this completely tailored approach. I felt Jenny was extremely professional and knowledgeable and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to explore Ayurveda.
