This comprehensive 2 hour Ayurvedic consultation is designed to delve deep into your unique health challenges. This consultation focuses on uncovering the root causes of your issues, looking at diet and lifestyle factors including the rhythm of your day to day activites and sleep. Within a week's time you will recieve a bespoke management plan for you to take away and begin implementing into your routines.The plans are always approachable and within reason. And I will be there to guide you every step of the way.
