About the event

For tired mums of babies, toddlers, and mums to be! This pre- and postnatal special class is designed to bring you some much needed rest in the form of Yoga Nidra (or "yogic sleep"). This ancient and powerful guided meditation technique brings you into a state of consciousness between awake and asleep, the theta brain wave state. 

It is said that just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep, making it a perfect oractice for those with insomnia, who work shifts, or are at the beck and call of tiny humans who haven quite got themselves into a sleep cycle yet!

We will begin with some very gentle Hatha yoga to get the body ready to settle into stillness. Then the guided Yoga Nidra, followed by teas and bakes, leaving you feeling rested!
