About the event

30 mins of  nourishing and restorative stretches just to get the body ready for 45mins of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”.

 Perfect for those feeling the deep need for rest and reconnection back to the self.  

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, and how it works is it drops the brainwaves in to the sate of consciousness just before sleep. It is said that 30 mins of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4hrs sleep!

Pregnant mums from 2nd trimester on 

Postpartum mums 6 weeks (10 weeks post section) with GP clearance
