About the event
A journey up the chakra system, beginning at Muladhara//Root chakra and finishing at Sahasrara//Crown chakra.
We will begin with a brief overview of the sublte energetic body, the chakras and their properties, followed by a yoga flow exploring each chakra, and finishing with a lucious sound bath with Bianca from Our Indigo Life.
We will end the session with teas and treats and open to a Q&A.
