Chakra Workshop Series // Sahasrara

The seventh chakra is located in the area of the top of the head, specifically the cerebral cortex

The seat of our truth and consciousness, our awareness and unity with divinity, of spiritual connection

After a brief chat on the energetic body and the seventh chakra, we will work with Sahasrara chakra with asana (postures), pranayam (breath control), hasta mudra (hand gestures), and a guided meditation.

We will finish off with a lovely relaxation and you will have a gift of a crystal and a yantra to take with you!
