Chakra Workshop Series // Ajna

The sixth chakra is located in the area of the third eye, between and slightly above the eyebrows.

The seat of our intuition, perception, insight, and wisdom.

After a brief chat on the energetic body and the sixth chakra, we will work with Ajna chakra with asana (postures), pranayam (breath control), hasta mudra (hand gestures), practice our drishti (gaze; focus) in some balancing postures and have a bit of a play with flipping our perception!

We will finish off with a lovely relaxation and you will have a gift of a crystal and a yantra to take with you!

This is open to all levels!
